Hello
In C3 plants, the bundle sheath cells do not contain chloroplasts. In C4 plants, the bundle sheath cells contain chloroplasts. InC3 plants, the carbon dioxide fixation takes place only at one place. In C4 plants, the carbon dioxide fixation takes places twice (one in mesophyll cells, second in bundle sheath cells).

The key difference between C3, C4 and CAM photosynthesis is the way plants extract carbon dioxide from sunlight, which depends largely on the plant's habitat. Plants that use CAM photosynthesis gather sunlight during the day and fix carbon dioxide molecules at night.

Goodluck I hope this helps you
Thanku
