CS and CSE are same to best of my knowledge. The difference comes when deemed universities in our country add some extra courses like more electronics or design and thus change the name of stream. Overall, the core courses in any computer science branch is same. It's like dosa. Main ingredient is same but they cook in their own way. Final outcome is a little difference in taste.
