ECE deals with electronics whereas CSe deals with programming. In ECE involves physics more whereas CSe involves logical reasoning and maths more. Both of them have great scope in the future. 

At the end, see what you find interest in and choose accordingly.

Computer Science deals with the hardware and software paradigm of the computers whereas Electronics is a broader concept which deals with each and every electronic material and their structure. In CSE you are bound till computers while in ECE you will get the chance to know from very basic things like resistors, multimeter to advanced materials like transformers, VLSI designs and much more. Regarding coding part, CSE includes various languages like C++, JAVA, Python and so on and concentrate on subjects like Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Compiler Design etc. While in ECE, you can learn these languages as well as you need to know to the programme for microcontrollers and other integrated circuits which require languages closer to machine level and not high level. Career-wise both are good options to pursue.
