Hello student ,

ECE and CSE are four-year long course programme spread over 8 semesters.

Electronics and communication engineering involves reseaeching , designing and development and testing of electronic equipment used in various devices . This stream of engineering deals with analogue transmission, basic electronics, microprocessors, solid-state devices, digital and analogue communication, analogue integrated circuits, microwave engineering, satellite communication, antennae and wave progression. It also deals with the manufacturing of electronic devices, circuits, and communications equipment.ECE engineers can apply for a number of Government organizations like ISRO, DRDO, BEL, BHEL, GAIL, SAIL, HAL, HPCL, NTPC, ONGC, IOCL, RRB, ECIL, APGENCO, APTRANSCO.

Computer Science Engineering courses are offered at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the form of B.E, B.Tech, or M.Tech degree programmes. B.Tech in computer science is popular at UG, whereas M.Tech in computer science is popular at PG levels After completing a degree programme in computer science, candidates can find various entry-level jobs in the IT industry or related fields, given they fulfill the required skill set such as knowledge of subjects like programming, database management, data structures and more.Candidates have various career options after completing computer science engineering courses. Candidates can find employment in various sectors of the computer science industry such as IT, telecommunication, database management, multimedia, android development, web development, gaming, UI and UX designing, embedded systems, and more.

Hi Suman,

Electrical and Computer Engineering is a branch of engineering that includes digital circuits and digital subsystems as subjects but is not directly related to computer engineering. It's also known as electronics and communication engineering, and it's concerned with digital circuits and communication systems.

Electrical engineering courses, such as multimeter, circuit, semiconductor, thermodynamics, and so on, are not directly included in computer science courses. Computer science engineering covers some of the electrical branch's topics, such as logic design, but it excludes the electrical branch's hard Core subjects and topics.  This branch also includes with the operations, programming, databases etc..
