Dear Student,

CSE is basically the study of Computer application, software application, and programming like things and it deals with the problems on the basis of logic and mathematics.

While ECM is electronics and Computer Engineering deals with study of Electrical component, devices and hardware, system and equipment.

They both have the good placement record you just need to very skillful in your preferred subject, somewhere it does matter if you are from private colleges as CSE is at boom, so if you are getting both CSE and ECM then go with the CSE, but its totally up to you.
