Hello,
CSE means computer science engineering. ECE means Electronics and communication engineering. Basically, you will learn to create programs in CSE in deeper levels. When it comes to ece, you will learn coding (not much deep but adequate for matlab/ltspice etc.,)  for electronic circuits, and you will learn about the behaviour of various electonic components and applications. You will also be taught about signal transmission and communication networks. This in brief answers your question.
