Dear Dev, A Master of Science degree (or MSc for short) is a degree awarded at universities around the world for completion of graduate-level study in a science- or technology-related field. Its usually 2 year course.

Integrated M.Sc Ph.D is a research programme, which is mainly for Science and Engineering & Technology field. After the successful completion of master's degree and doctoral, integrated PhD degree is awarded to the candidates. In other words, you can say that Integrated PhD is the 5 years dual degree course of master's and PhD.
