The difference between neet study and EAMCET is Neet exam IS an all India level entrance test is taken for undergraduate medical MBBS and BDS courses.

On the other hand EAMCET entrance test for engineering, agriculture and pharmacy. This exam is not taken for undergraduate MBBS and BDS courses student. No MBBS student is eligible for after  appearing in this exam. This is not a qualifying exam which select the undergraduate MBBS student for further study.
