So the difference between JEE ADVANCE paper1 and paper2 is that in paper 1 has single-correct type answers and paper 2 has multiple-correct,integer-type and paragraph type questions.

Jee advance conducts two paper of 3hrs each there is no difference in the papers except for the questions type. Marks of the both the papers are added to form the result.

The total question that jee advance has can be solved in 6 hours so they break that into 2 seating , one in the first half and  the other in the second half.
