Dear aspirant
In JEE Advanced, positive score is the score of all answers you have given correctly. In this we did not consider the incorrect answers. It has nothing to do with your ranking.
Whereas total score is taken after considering both your negative and positive score. It is calculated by adding both negative and positive score. The total score is considered for ranking.
