Hello!

MBA , short for Master of Business Administration, is a post graduate degree. On the other hand, PGDM , which stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management, is in fact a diploma.

The reason behind PGDM to be a diploma course is that PGDM is offered only by autonomous colleges. But, MBA is offered by universities.
