Mathematics and Computing(MnC) deals with more rigorous mathematics( Algerbra, Calculus,Probability,Statistics and much more) and in much greater depth, as compared to Computer Science and Engineering(CSE). CSE deals with subjects related to computers (programming, softwares, Algorithms, Networking, Databases, and much more). Both are great branches, and it really depends which one are you more interested in, to make a successful career.
