The basic difference is you get two deferred instead of one means you will be Mtech CSe in 5 years plus saving over year of your study tenure.

4yrs course completes your UG whereas 5 yrs course completes your UG and PG in a single course

It's also called dual degree course where you complete your btech as well as mtech
