Their are some differences in the government and private colleges as you mentioned the fees is less in government colleges and in private it's high and the courses remain same and private is under state government and another major difference is when your doing your MBBS course in final year for you have to do 1year internship or call rural service were in government colleges you will get your stipend were as in the private colleges they won't provide the stipend and all the courses will be same
