The main difference in fees is not actually from the All India or State point of view. The difference came whether the college is government-owned or not. If college is government-owned, then the fees is usually low in the range of 50k per year. Otherwise, if the college is a private college then the fee is in the order of 5-10lakhs per annum.
So it does not matter if you get a college from state quota or All India quota, as long as the college is government-owned, the fees will not be very high, however, if you get a private college then fees will be high undoubtedly.
