As per your question asked you have provided less information about what kind of institute you are talking about. So I'll answer at basic level. If you want to join any diploma courses your should have passed 10th grade with score of 50-60% depending on the college. Same with bachelor's where 12th is required. And for Post Graduation. U must have a degree of UG.
