the wbjee medical criteria's are...

• the lower age limit is 17 years as on December 31, 2019.
• There is no upper age limit to apply for WBJEE 2019
• Candidate must be a citizen of India to appear for WBJEE. Candidates from any states are eligible. The domicile certificate will be applicable only for admission in government participating institutes and to claim Reservation.
• Passed class 12 examination with Physics and Chemistry along with any one of Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects
• Passed English in class 10+2 exam with at least 30% marks.
• The board of the said qualifying exam must be recognized either by Central Government or State Government.

there are many other seaperate college specific criteria's but they solely depands on college needs.  

WBJEE Board has defined the eligibility criteria for candidates appearing in West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam as follows: the candidate must be an indian citizen appearing in 10+2 exam in 2019 may sit in WBJEE. But, failing to fulfill the required eligibility, he/ she will not be allowed to participate in the counselling procedure.
