Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Candidates who are in a possession of MBBS degree and also possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. Candidates must have completed or likely to complete 1 year of rotating internship on or before March 31, 2017
