Hello Dear,

If you are seeking job in education sector and as assistant professor then you must go for Masters in your desired field then PhD. However, You can join as Assistant Professor after Masters but for Associate Professor, Professors, Head Of Department you must have PhD. You can get promotion with Masters degree. So Crack NET, Join good University for PhD. Then go for professor Post

See, eligibility will differ for all colleges based on vacancies and their requirements for articular profile.

Let us knpw required college name.

Generally teaching experience of atkeast A year and graduate degree in related disciplines or B. Ed is mandatory.
