Can you please specify that for which college or university are you going to give this exam, the exam pattern would vary from college to college. In general the entrance test would check your language proficiency. There will be questions about passages, prose, essay writing and stuff like that only.You must revise your graduation syllabus also.

Some tips for the entrance preparations -

• Cover all the history of English literature
• Cover the factual questions
• Study the questions from Drama, genres, peotry, theatrical performances.
• Study well the shakespeare's play.
• Practice the passage readings and statement based questions.
