The admission for B.Tech at Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Dehradun is based on JEE Mains score/ national aptitude tests/qualifying examination/performance of candidates in a personal interview. For M.Tech admissions, candidates who have cleared GATE or equivalent entrance examination will be given preference. However, students who have not appeared for GATE need to sit for the entrance exam conducted by Uttaranchal University.
