Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that CMC does not have reservation for Christian students. So, they will be applying through General Category only.

Last year NEET 2019 qualifying score for General category was 701-134. So, you can get an idea about the expected cutoff similar or higher than this.
