Since it is too late to answer your query, I hope you have checked 2019 seat Allotment. You can register for Spot round counselling, If you are not allotted the seat as the Registration for Spot Round 1  has been started from 1st August, 2019. The spot round of counselling of UPSEE is being conducted for seats that are left vacant.
