The qualifying cutoff of NTSE is 40% for general and OBC candidates and 32% for SC/ST applicants. Your score seems to be good enough to qualify for the second stage however the final selection depends only on NTSE Madhya Pradesh cutoff which will be released along with the result. The cut off will vary greatly this year still you can check the previous year cutoff from the link given below.

NTSE cutoff for MP will be announced in feb 2019, it will be the key to get  qualifying for 2nd stage.

The cut off to be selected for stage 2 of NTSE for Madhya Pradesh  in the previous year was 135 marks out of 150. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like level of paper, competition. The maximum marks this year is also 200 unlike the previous years. Considering this you seem to have fair chances for selection. Rest depends on the factors.
