Dear Sakthi, Tamilnadu has one of the highest cut off marks across India. In 2018, under All India Quota for OBC Category, 555 marks got a seat in Coimbatore ESI Medical college and 548 marks got a seat in ESI-PGIMSR, Chennai. Under State Quota, 591 marks got a seat in IRT Perundurai Medical college under OBC. However cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of vsndidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So based on previous years' scores you should atleast score 50-75 marks more.
