According to me you would under either N.R.I (non-resident of India) quota (maximum chances)/management quota (minimum chances) it depends on the medical college/university for which you are applying for.

If you want I can suggest you few medical colleges in tamilnadu with comparatively cheap fees structure for both N.R.Is & seats under management quota. They are:
