Hi Durga,

Fee structure for MMBS program varies from college to college. However, government medical colleges have a very low course fee in comparison to private medical colleges but to get into government colleges, you need to qualify highly competitive medical entrance exam. All India Quota seats come under Central Government and cost a student around Rs. 50,000 annually. Talking about State Quota seats, it varies from state to state and it may cost you around Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2 lakhs. On the other side, private medical colleges come with huge academic fees and the range starts from Rs. 10 lakhs and may go up to Rs. 50 lakhs.

Some Government colleges with low academic fees are AIMS, Maulana Azad Medical College, Patna Medical College, Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, Lady Hardinge Medical College etc.

Hope that helps.
