Different colleges charge different fees for a particular subject so please mention a particular college or institution next time. Government colleges charge less while private colleges can charge huge amounts. In India, the charge for the course you mentioned can vary from rs 4000 to rs 2 lacs per year, depending on the college you choose. Mention your preferred institution next time. 

Concessions too vary from college to college but most colleges do have facilities for BPL candidates.
