For Admission in BBA you can give DU JAT 2019 whose registration dates is till June 5th 2019. It can get you into Delhi University, Shaheed sukhdev college of business studies,keshav mahavidyalaya or deendayal upadhyay college.

All other exams like NPAT, IPMAT,SET etc have already been missed by you so try DUJAT only.

Different colleges charge different fees for a particular subject so please mention a particular college or institution next time. Government colleges charge less while private colleges can charge huge amounts. In India, the charge for the course you mentioned can vary from rs 4000 to rs 2 lacs per year, depending on the college you choose. Mention your preferred institution next time. 

Concessions too vary from college to college but most colleges do have facilities for BPL candidates.
