The fees for mbbs course varies from state to state and college to college. Private colleges have a relatively higher fees as compared to govt colleges.
In govt colleges the fees varies from 55000- 5lakh for full course whereas in private colleges it may vary from 45-90lakhs for the full course depending upon the college.

It depends upon college and whether seat is government or private. But a government seat cost around 10,000 per annum. Fee in private colleges is variable. But, on an average, it would cost around 50 lakh for whole course.
