For a fee waiver student the fees for any institute is minimal. You might get a 80-90% fees waived if your rank lies between 1-100 and if your rank lies 100-1000 then it is approximately 60% of the fees is waived.It differs from College to College.You need to contact the college for a further information about how and what is the fees.But you can get the fees waived only and only if you show proper evidences of income certificate and also your rank card.
