The tution fees in NIT's is 1,40,000 per yr and including other charges{ vary from NIT to NIT} it costs  160000. The hostel fee is also variable depending on NIT and sems. But it is approx. 21000 per semester{ I am mentioning mine , it may be less or more}. The above mentioned structure is for general category, for others it's quiet less.
