As per the recent latest news, a private medical college from Karnataka cannot exceed fees of Ruppees 6.8 lakh for a first year undergraduate medical student. The private dental colleges fees have been capped at 4.6 lakhs.

Kasturba Medical College Mangalore has fees close to 5.8 lakhs per annum.

St John's Medical College had fees around Rs. 2.8 lakhs per year.

Jawaharlal Medical College Belgaum has fees of 6.8 lakhs per annum.
