Please mention the board name because improvement exam fees may vary from state to state, Here i am considering Maharashtra board, so for improvement exam you have to pay 200 per subject plus 60 rupees for certifies given to you after your result so total fee is 260.

Further, The only disadvantage of Class improvement examination is wastage of one year and an advantage is you can improve your percentage.
