As per your query,  generally there won't be any fee reduction basing upon your caste in the colleges. However you eligibility Mark's for the exam might be reduced. For example, if the OC students have 60% of Mark's eligibility for the course, SC might have only 40% of the Mark's in the Board exams.
Further, the course fee for the course of D Pharmacy will be INR 40,000 TO 1,00,000 per annum. It depends from one college to the other.
