Actually there are all total two Government Medical College in silvassa, where you can get in into MBBS course and nursing course respectively.

Hi where you can get into nursing course in Shri Vinoba Bhave College of Nursing. The course fee for BSC nursing is about 5.5k. click on the link below to know more about it

Howevery there is also a new opened Medical College namely NAMO Medical institute and research centre. There is no mention of any kind of fees in this college website. Can go through this also
