Unani course popularly known as B.U.M.S (Bachelors of unani medicine and surgery ) can be done from private or government colleges. It is fully your personal choice 

The cutoffs for government college are much higher than private college . But opposite is the case for fee structure , the fees for government aided institutions are around 5000 to 10000  INR per annum while the fees for private BUMS college can range from Rs.50000 to 2 lakhs per annum.
