The fee structure for all the IIT for undergraduate course is same it is 100000 per semester is the tuition fee and rest other includes mess advance, hostel rent and other fees which are between 10000 to 20000 and it varies according to IIT therefore per semester fee at IIT is around 120000 rupees.

The students belonging to SC ST category are fully waived from the tuition fee.

students who belong to OBC general category and family income is less than 1 lakh per year are also waived fully from the tuition fee. Student home belong to OBC general category and his family income is between 1 lakh to 4.5 lacs per annum are given two third waiver from the tuition fee. Therefore they need to pay only 33000 per semester in terms of tuition fee.
