As you are in medical field so you maybe familiar of the word called donation fees. Basicallly, donation fees is a charitable contribution given with your normal fees for mbbs course. for donation you have to give even more money than a normal fees structure of the college. So, fee+donation fees is the sum of fees of required course along with some donation fees.
