A valid OBC-NCL certificate as per the prescribed format, given on the JEE (Advanced) 2020 website, issued on or after 01-April-2020, should be uploaded for availing the benefits of OBC-NCL category. I have linked it from the official website just for your convenience.

The obc certificate format has been provided in JEE advance brochure which has been uploaded on jee advanced  website.You can download from:

http://www.jeeadv.ac.in/brochure.php

The certificate should have been issued on or after April 01, 2020 in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
