see cutoff scores changes year to year and depends on various factors like number of participants, seat matrix , questions difficulty level etc, however mtech in cse has 18 seats, admission is done on gate score basis and for non gate scores holders there is separate admission test, you have gate score around 500+, you have decent chances, also the candidates need to have 50% marks in btech course, if your marking scheme is cgpa or cpi based you need to submit the percentage conversion rules of the respective university.
