GATE application form 2020 is already concluded on 5th October, 2019.

It was released on from August 31, 2019 at appsgate.iitd.ac.in and remained open to be filled with normal fees till September 28, 2019 and with late fee of Rs 500 till October 5, 2019

you cannot fill gate application form for 2020 as it has been closed now. GATE application form 2020 was released on August 31, 2019 and continues till September 28, 2019.and with late fee of Rs 500 till October 5, 2019. So you are late and you can't fill the form now.
