Hello student,

Admission to most veterinary colleges is given on the basis of results obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the concerned universities. Veterinary Council of India conducts an ‘All India Pre Veterinary Test’ (AIPVT) for admission to the first year of Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) & Animal Husbandry (AH) degree course.

You may be able to get an idea as to how many marks are needed for getting admission in B.V.Sc. through NEET UG through 2018 trends. The last rank from unreserved category to get admission in B.V.Sc. the course was AIR 12,207 with marks equivalent to 545 (out of 720).

Cheers!
