if you're talking about important chapters in physics then i must tell you that the chapters of mechanics including diagrammatic and algebraic problems are extremely essential apart from the circuit involving current electricity from electromagnetism , capacitors and inductance, problems on thermodynamics and special attention to modern physics are high scoring portions and should form the majority of the questions asked in NEET UG examination
what is more important is that you keep practicing numericals based on the specific lessons i have told you and Enlist your formulae and some common application of this formulae in a copy and keep going through them on a regular basis
