Hello dear
Admission will be based upon your rank and for different categories and branches there will be different cut offs because of students choices and preference .
For the top 2-3 prefered branch you need to secure rank understand 4-6 thousand for general category and it may be upto 25 -28 thousand for the non core branches ( their may be variations for the outside state quota) . And for securing the rank under 5 thousand you need to secure 99.5 + percentile score and for 25000+ rank itis 97.5+ percentile .
Here you can see the last year's cut offs trends and have an idea about it :

Good luck
Hi there,
To get a decent branch at nit surathkal you need to score around 97.5+ percentile score to get a seat at the NIT SURATHKAL.
For scoring such percentile your marks must be 210+ in jee mains so that you can get that percentile and hence a seat at nit surathkal.
I hope this help
