As per the supreme court verdict, there is no cap on the upper age limit in NEET 2019 UG Exam.

Earlier it was 25 years for unreserved category candidates, but after the verdict it was changed that there is no limit.

Since there is no limit on age, the limit on number of attempts is also exempted.

As per the latest NEET 2019 eligibility criteria, the upper age limit candidates i.e. the candidates with age 25 or more are eligible to apply and take NEET 2019. 

Hence, their is no age limit and the minimum age should be 17 years as on December 31, 2019.
