Solution : The maximum number of members in case of a private company is 200. As per Section 2(68) of the Companies Act, 2013, the maximum number of members in case of a Private Company are 200 and in case of a Public Company, there is no such limit i.e. unlimited. Hence, the correct answer is option 3.
