The maximum package depends on the company and the university too, but the normal idea i can give you is the salary package for those who are employed n Government hospitals as 'Pharmacist' ranges between Rs.8000/- and Rs.10000/- per month. M.Pharmgraduates can work as 'Research Analysts' and can earn a salary packagebetween Rs.1 lakh and 1.5 lakh per annum.

Basically this all depends from companies to companies because they offer on basis of your achivements and academic marks. Also depends on college because they are the one who bring companies to campus.

For example if you do m.pharma in pharmacology and you join a pharmaceutical company as a trainer you will get arround 7 to 8 lacs .If you join industry after doing m.pharma in chemistry or ceutics.you may get arround 3 to 5 lacs in begining.
