There are a lot of sub categories which are provided with relaxation in marks, age and fees according to the norms specified by government of India as well as the norms a university or a institution.  CFF stands for the Children of Freedom Fighters.  This a reservation for those students whose father or grandfather took part in the independence movement of India.
