I think 150 is enough for general category in private ayurvedic colleges

First and foremost, you should at least qualify the exam with 50th percentile which is usually achieved at a score of around 140. But remember this much score won't get you a seat.
For BAMS and BHMS, try to score a little more than 350.

Cut off scores vary every year. The marks that fetched a seat to some student this year might not fetch a seat to some other student next year.
Try scoring between 450-500 to keep yourself on a safer side.
